It will be the home of Poor Richard Productions, producers of the revised (2010) version of the stage musical John Paul Jones, with music and lyrics by Julian Wagstaff, book by Julian Wagstaff and Joel Jenkins.

Poor Richard Productions are planning a a series of professional concerts of a semi-staged version of John Paul Jones in Edinburgh on 24 and 25 September 2010 featuring musicians from the Scottish Chamber Orchestra, singers from Consort of Voices and guest soloists. These concerts are intended to serve as a launch pad for a professional UK tour of the fully staged musical planned for 2011/2012.
